Registration fee (regular and student) includes admission to all scientific sessions, poster sessions, congress materials and refreshments according to the official program (coffee breaks and lunches), opening ceremony and gala dinner.

Only graduate and PhD students can apply for student rate. In order to obtain the student rate, please provide a proof of student status during the registration (as an appendix to registration form) to the PBZ Card Travel agency.
On site payment applies only to non-presenting (no abstracts) participants.
Cancellation policy:
cancellation before and on March 10, 2019 - 80% refund
cancellation after March 10, 2019 - no refund
All amendments and cancellation must be sent to PBZ Card Ltd. travel@pbzcard.hr in written form. Refund will be made after the event. Any bank charge or commission must be covered by the participant.
