Rates are per person per night including breakfast, city tax 10 HRK per day/person, VATParking is payable on the spot: 85 HRK per day/car outdoor; 145 HRK per day/car garage. The hotel is situated in a leafy green area adjacent to the Mimara Museum and the world famous National Theatre and Opera House, and is within easy walking distance to the central square, markets, the many trendy cafés, restaurants, designer boutiques, rich cultural attractions and capital city business destinations. It offers 13 meeting rooms. Accommodation is subject to availability and will be booked on a first come first served basis. After receiving your application, tentative confirmation, cancellation policy and payment details will be sent according to the availability. Final confirmation will be sent after receiving your payment.
Due to a limited number of rooms in the hotels that are being offered, we encourage you to make your booking as soon as possible.
Reservation and payment must be through PBZ Card Ltd. Travel Agency. Please fill in registration/accommodation form.
Cancellation policy
• 40-21 days before event 20% of the total service booked will be charged
• 20-7 days before event 50% of the total service booked will be charged
• 6-3 days before event 80% of the total service booked will be charged
• 3-0 days before event and “no show” 100% of the total service booked will be charged
All amendments and cancellation must be sent to PBZ Card Ltd. travel@pbzcard.hr in written form. Refund will be made after the event. Any bank charge or commission must be covered by the participant.
Student dormitory accommodation will be available in Student residence hall Cvjetno naselje.

Note that this accommodation will be organized separately from the accommodation provided by the PCO and outside the registration form.
