Visa Requirements
It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of their visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure recommended to apply for a visa at least 3 months in advance). Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications.

Letter of invitation
An official letter of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries can be sent upon request. Invitation letters can only be issued for people who:

- have registered
-
- submitted an abstract that was not rejected
- paid the registration fee (complete refunding in case the visa application should fail except bank cost)
It must be clearly understood that such letters do not cover any fees or other financial support.
Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from SEFS11. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
